Holter, Irene (Marriage - 26 July 1958)
Miss Irene Holter, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Henry Holter of Cook, Minnesota, became the bride of Donald Baumgartner, also of Cook, son of Mr. and Mrs. Walter Baumgartner of Colby, in a 7:00 P.M. double ring ceremony performed by the Rev. Livdall in the Trinity Lutheran church in Cook on July 26.
The bride was given in marriage by her brother, Harry Holter of Virginia, Minn. She was attired in a sleeveless white flocked nylon street dress. Her corsage was of red roses.
Attending the bride was Mrs. Harold Baumgartner of Cook, Minn., who was attired in a lavender dress similar to the bride’s and wore a corsage of pink roses.
The groom was attended by his brother, Harold Baumgartner.
The bride’s mother viewed the ceremony in a blue rayon dress with white accessories. Both mothers had corsages of pink carnations.
A reception was held at the home of the bride’s parents following the ceremony. Guests included Mr. and Mrs. Walter Baumgartner and Mr. and Mrs. Vernon Baumgartner of Colby and Mr. and Mrs. Ronald Nelsen and family of Fort Wayne, Indiana.
